As a filmmaker being able to pitch your project creatively and efficiently and adjust your pitch to different times, circumstances and for people in different parts of the industry are essential skills.

This session will help to prepare yourself as much as your pitch, with tips and skills designed to build your confidence, intuition and ability to individually tailor the pitch for the person who is listening. You will learn about the art and craft of selling stories.

David Pope is a filmmaker, consultant and training provider working internationally. In addition to teaching at London Film Academy he has designed and delivered pitching workshops for the Cannes Cinefondation, British Council, Irish Film Board and Screen Training Ireland amongst others and is also consultant/moderator for The Rotterdam Lab at CineMart.
